How long does shipping take?

Every item is made to order, so please allow 2-5 business days for production, then standard shipping time on top of that (usually 3-7 business days within the US). You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as it ships.

 

Can I return or exchange an item?

Since everything is printed just for you, we can't accept returns for wrong sizes or a change of mind. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, contact us within 14 days with a photo and we'll get you a replacement or refund.

 

What sizes do you carry?

Are mugs dishwasher and microwave safe?

Yes, our mugs are dishwasher and microwave safe. For best results and to keep designs looking sharp longest, hand washing is recommended.
